Helpful Booking Information
IMPORTANT PLEASE... ONLY BOOK ONE ROOM [FOR 1 OR 2 FANS] PER BOOKING. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TWO FANS IN YOUR TRAVELING PARTY CREATE A SEPARATE BOOKING FOR THEM. There is a field on the booking form to link your traveling parties.
Deposit Requirement: The required deposit is $200 per fan. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING WITH YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT or the booking information you have entered will not be held. Note: You cannot split your deposit payment between credit cards, however the remaining payments can be split.
Payment Plan: When booking you have the option to pay the entire cost of the trip at the time of booking or pay the deposit only. If you elect to pay the deposit the remainder will be due in two equal payments, the first payment (Payment 1) is due 120 days prior to your tour's start date and the final payment (Payment 2) is due 90 days prior to your tour's start date.
Start Your BookingOnce you click on the tour you wish to book, you will go to our Booking and Payment system powered by WeTravel.com. On the start page, the system requires you to select the number of fans booking the tour date and the type of hotel room requested. You can select either; 2 Fans in one Hotel room with 2 twin beds OR 2 Fans in one hotel room with one [Queen] sized bed OR One fan in hotel room in a double bed. Once the selection is made, you will be taken to the next page in the system to enter your complete booking details
- Selecting INBOUND CAR SERVICE: PLEASE make one entry for INBOUND CAR SERVICE for each booking for Participant #1 only. Your selection will apply to the entire booking. If the INBOUND CAR SERVICE needs are different for each fan in your booking, please create a separate booking.
- Selecting EARLY ARRIVAL NIGHTS: If you would like EARLY ARRIVAL NIGHTS in London prior to your tour, simply select the number of early nights desired, the system prices this automatically for your complete booking. If EARLY ARRIVAL nights are different for each fan in your booking, please create a separate booking.
- We will confirm your booking details with you in time to make any corrections.

- Hotels and MealsThe Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool and the deluxe, centrally located Copthorne Tara Kensington in London. Meals include breakfast each day, lunches on 3 coach days and Welcome & Farewell Dinners

The price is per fan based on double hotel room occupancy. You will have ONE queen sized beds in each of your hotel rooms. Select TWO fans in room, ONE queen bed from the dropdown menu .

Tour Options Available for Selection when you book include:
- Private Car transport from Heathrow or Gatwick London Airports to our London Hotel

Each of these options can be selected at the time of booking or you may return to this form and select them at a later date.

Available Add-Ons
The price is PER VEHICLE. This is Private Car transport from LONDON HEATHROW [LHR] OR LONDON GATWICK Airports to London Hotel. IF YOU ARRIVE LONDON EARLY AND YOU DID NOT BOOK YOUR EARLY HOTEL NIGHTS THROUGH US, WE WILL NOT ARRANGE CAR SERVICE.
NOTE: This option can be added after booking.
Price includes up to 4 fans and luggage in one vehicle. If you have one or two travel companions that have booked separately, they can share your ride at no additional cost .
The price is per room/per night. Select the number of desired extra nights in London. ADDED NIGHTS IN LONDON ARE PRIOR TO THE TOUR'S START DATE. THE ADDED NIGHTS ARE AT SAME HOTEL USED DURING THE TOUR SO YOU WILL NOT NEED TO CHANGE HOTEL ROOMS.
