Booking Instructions

Deposit Required: The required deposit is $400 per fan. You must confirm your booking with a deposit payment, or your booking will not be held. Deposit payments are non-refundable.
Payment Plan: When booking you have the option to pay the entire cost of the trip at the time of booking or pay the deposit only. If you elect to pay the deposit the remainder will be due in two equal payments, the first 4 months prior to the tour's start date and the final payment 3 months prior to the tour's start date. Booking Form Questions: The form will prompt you for your name, your email and your phone number. The form also asks for the names and email addresses of your traveling companions (if any) and emergency contacts. You may add, change or delete this information at a later date. We expect that you will add your flight arrival information - for either London Heathrow (LHR) or Gatwick (LGW); and flight departure information from Manchester Airport (MAN) - to the form at a later date. Additionally, any health or diet concerns you or your traveling companions have may be added at a later date.
Tour Extras
Airport Transfers: We offer private car transfers from London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports at a discounted rate. The form will also ask you if you would like to book this option. If you are unsure you can add this at a later date. Outbound transfers from our hotel in Liverpool to the Manchester Airport are included in the cost of the tour. (Manchester is the nearest airport to Liverpool with regular US connections).
Additional Nights in London Prior to the Tour: We also offer reasonable rates at the tour hotel in London, the deluxe Copthorne Tara Kensington. If you would like to arrive one or more days prior to the tour. The form asks if you would like to book this option. If you are unsure you can this at a later date.

- Driver & Guide GratuityWe ask each fan to leave that days tour guide and coach driver a few pounds as a gratuity at the end of each coach day.
- Occasional Shared CabsAt rare times when other transport is not available you may be asked to share a cab for a small fare.

Refund Policy - Deposit Payments made to confirm your tour booking are non-refundable. You may switch to another tour date in the current or following year depending on availability. There is a $150 per fan fee to change dates and move your deposit payment to the new tour date.
